Check, then ask. Class II means harm is possible but usually temporary or reversible. Find the lot number on your package; if it matches, ask your pharmacist about a replacement. Do not simply stop a prescribed medication on your own - the gap can be riskier than the recall. This recall is now terminated, which means the firm has finished removing the affected product; anything on pharmacy shelves today should be unaffected.

Lack of Assurance of Sterility: Leaking/damaged syringes.
Incorrect/ Undeclared Excipients: NyQuil Liquid Original bottles were inadvertently overwrapped with NyQuil Liquid Cherry information as a result the outer wrap does not correctly identify color additives, particularly FD&C Yellow No. 6 and FD&C Yellow 10.
Labeling Illegible: Portions of the product labeling in the area of the dosing directions, the warnings & other information sections is obscured.
