Most questions about a recall are better answered by your pharmacist or the FDA - the links below get you there fastest. For anything about this site itself, reach us directly.
About your own medication
We cannot tell you whether your specific bottle is affected, or whether to keep taking it - that depends on the lot number on your package and on your health. Your pharmacist can check the lot against the FDA notice in a minute, and your prescriber can decide what to do next. If you think a medication has harmed you, report it to the FDA through MedWatch.
About a recall record
Every recall here links to its FDA recall number. The official, authoritative notice is in the FDA's enforcement report search. If you believe we have mismatched a recall to a drug, or classified a reason wrongly, tell us - the recall number and what you expected are all we need.
About your alerts
